Mission Storage - Hernando Storage

I recently had a very frustrating time renting from here. Found out U Haul was the problem, not the storage company. Manager actually called me the next day to set things right. Good on them for checking their reviews and caring. Have rented a unit here for two years with no issues whatsoever.

As we were planning our move, I requested to be placed on a waitlist for a climate controlled unit. There was nothing available in the area and I had just learned the moving company charges over 900.00 per month for storage!!!The next day I received a call from Howard informing me of 2 units available!He was very helpful in figuring out which unit best fit my needs.We chose the larger one and took it ahead of our need just to have it available when our home contents need it.The whole process was very professional, kind and comforting.I highly recommend this storage company and the manager Howard.Thank you!!

I had 2 units and 2 vehicles there. I never had a problem getting in or out. Everything was always safe and secure.The property manager is awesome. He's very friendly and helpful (unlike most I've delt with when renting storage units) and always has the place cleaned up and looking nice.I still have 1 unit here with my business stuff in it and will probably put my personal belongings in to one when I decided to remodel my house.It's really easy to get to, in and out of and he usually has a uhaul available for rent.

My boyfriend and I were moving to the area from Tennessee and Mr. McCarrick was incredibly helpful and kind. He allowed us to see the unit before we payed any money for it. The site is incredibly clean, fenced in and there’s even a gopher tortoise around that he seemed very happy to tell us about it. He pointed out the tortoise holes and everything. The service was amazing, the lot is great, and it’s just an overall outstanding place.

In all honesty, we just got our storage unit a few days ago but it has been excellent since. Before getting a unit, we had called multiple times with (I’m sure annoying) questions and Sunny, on the other side was very informative and compassionate. When walking in, Sunny greeted us with his lovely smile and dimples and was willing to show us multiple units with different characteristics that matched our budget. We were very well taken care of and the units are in very good condition. I highly recommend choosing Mission Storage for your storage needs. (And not to mention, you may get a golf cart ride included with picking out your unit lol.)
