Took longer than expected to set up. Then there were technical issues putting my code in the system but I’m glad they were still in office when I needed access so they were able to fix the problem. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. The staff were nice and helpful when I needed to contact them. Getting the storage unit was a quick and painless process, as well as turning it in. We had one issue with the unit flooding slightly, but the staff were able to give us all the information we needed for a claim. No other issues and nothing bad to say.

No one cares about your stuff the way you do. The ladies here at Zia are a close second! These women have this place memorized down to the smallest details.(such as which direction your lock faces for example) they care about you as a person not just a customer!
